Hannah Johnson, LPC
Hi, I’m Hannah. I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with experience supporting adults through anxiety disorders, OCD and related conditions, depression, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I understand how exhausting it can feel when your thoughts are racing, your emotions are unpredictable, or you’re trying to make sense of changes you didn’t prepare for. My goal is to offer a space where these experiences can be explored with clarity and care.
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and structured in a way that reduces overwhelm. I believe therapy works best when you understand what we’re working on and why, so I communicate openly about goals, progress, and the tools we use along the way. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT-informed mindfulness to help you build insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop coping strategies that support daily life. Clients often tell me that sessions feel grounding and predictable, yet reflective and meaningful.
I am especially committed to supporting adults navigating identity questions, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and transitions that challenge their sense of self. I also have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and I approach this work with warmth, nuance, and respect. No matter what brings you in, we move at a pace that matches your readiness and emotional capacity.
If you’re looking for therapy that offers clear direction, and space for honest reflection, I’m here to help you navigate the path ahead with more confidence and ease.
