She utilizes an intersectional lens with regards to identity and is passionate about creating greater accessibility of services for marginalized populations. Easwari uses a client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to the specific needs of each client. Some of the therapy practices she has expertise in include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Inner Child Work, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.

Therapy is a space to explore the internal world. Through compassionate collaboration, Easwari provides an environment in which this exploration is safe, non-judgmental and trusting.
