Hi, I’m Christina. I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C., and I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My background in crisis intervention and outpatient mental health therapy has taught me how complex people’s stories can be and how much courage it takes to sit with difficult emotions.

I integrate CBT, DBT-informed techniques, and other evidence-based tools to help you understand patterns, manage intense emotions, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
